“For the past 32 years during which I have continuously owned SAAB cars, they have been serviced by Peter Rogers and Mark Knott, firstly when they were employed as the senior SAAB-trained technicians at a local SAAB garage, then by them when they branched out and set up their own business, Cromwell SAAB, more than a quarter of a century ago.
The reason for this long relationship is quite simple – I have absolute confidence that the work done on my vehicles will provide 100% safety and reliability for me and my family. I have never had a reason to complain about any work carried out and I consider the “Quality Assured” service and the courtesy provided by Cromwell SAAB to be second to none.
Although I have to take the car some 14 miles through South London traffic to Lower Sydenham for it to be serviced, I would not consider taking it elsewhere. Indeed my daughter in Cambridge brings her SAAB to Cromwell SAAB for the same good reasons.
With the effort that goes into the ongoing training of new staff when engaged, I see no reason why the high standard will not continue indefinitely, both in respect of servicing and the provision of replacement cars when the time comes”
